Our guides are written to help Australian buyers make decisions about software and AI. This page explains who writes them, how they are researched, how prices and regulation are presented, and how to tell us when we have got something wrong.
Pages are written and reviewed by the All Webbed Labs team. Founder Andy Taleb has final responsibility for everything we publish. Pages are published under the company name because they reflect the team's shared view, and the person accountable for them is named here.
Drafts are AI-assisted. We use AI tools to help research, structure and draft pages, then check the facts against primary sources and edit the text before it is published. AI is a drafting tool, not a source: no claim is published because a model said it.
Every regulatory fact, date, figure and price is checked against a primary or reputable source: legislation, regulators such as the OAIC, APRA and ASD, government agencies, vendor documentation and published market surveys. Those sources are listed at the end of each page with links. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out.
Every guide, solution and location page shows the date it was published and the date it was last updated. Anything that changes often, such as which AI models run in which Australian cloud region, is written as "at the time of writing" with a link to the vendor's own page.
Cost guides give typical Australian market ranges, in AUD, with the basis stated (for example, ex GST and what is included) and the arithmetic shown. They are ranges to help you plan, not quotes. We quote fixed prices only after a paid discovery, because the real cost depends on your scope.
Pages about privacy law, AI regulation, prudential standards, government policy or the R&D Tax Incentive are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. They carry a note saying so. For advice on your situation, speak to a lawyer, an accountant or a registered tax agent.
We never publish invented client stories, testimonials, case studies, project outcomes or metrics. Where a real example would help and we do not have one we can share, we explain what we would do and how, rather than claim we have done it.
We do not claim certifications, government panel membership, security clearances, partner tiers or awards we do not hold. Where a page explains a certification or panel, it explains it; it does not imply we have it.
Comparison pages say when the other option is the better choice, including when that means not hiring us. Each page has one short section about how All Webbed Labs approaches the topic, clearly separated from the rest.
Facts about AI models, cloud regions, prices and regulation change quickly. When we update a page, we change its "last updated" date and revise anything that is no longer accurate.

If you find an error, an out-of-date fact or a broken source link, email admin@awlabs.com.au with the page address and what you think is wrong. We review every report. Where we agree, we correct the page, update its "last updated" date and, for a material error such as a wrong date, figure or legal requirement, add a short note on the page describing what changed.
