Andy, Sam and Hyacinth lead Labs day to day. Alongside them sit our operations lead, our CFO, our lawyers across IT, IP and commercial litigation, and our server and hardware lead, plus a wider delivery bench of senior engineers, designers and DevOps specialists who scale onto engagements as scope requires. Founder & Developer
Andy has been building software professionally since 2019 and has run All Webbed Up since 2021. He founded All Webbed Labs in partnership with a group of senior developers and founders to focus purely on enterprise software and AI, working alongside All Webbed Up on client engagements. He is hands-on across architecture, code review and every commercial conversation, the person you brief is the person who builds.
Senior Developer
Sam is a senior developer on the Labs delivery team. He brings over a decade of backend, cloud infrastructure and enterprise software experience across industries and team sizes, with a bias toward clean architecture and systems that scale. Sam leads the day-to-day engineering with Andy on the harder architecture calls.
Brand & Design
Hyacinth leads brand and design at the Labs. She brings more than a decade of branding experience to client work, covering brand systems, visual identity and the interface design that sits on top of the software we build. Hyacinth partners with engineering from kickoff onward, so what a client sees reflects the same care as the systems underneath.
Servers & Hardware
Jared is our server and hardware lead. Servers, racks, networking and on-site installation: when a project needs physical infrastructure delivered alongside the software, Jared specs it, installs it and hands it over running.
CFO, Financial Advisory & Tax
Troy is our CFO. He leads financial advisory and tax mitigation for the software and apps we build, from structuring a project for the Australian R&D Tax Incentive on day one to making sure the documentation is in place when the claim is made.
IT & IP Law
Elena is our IT and IP lawyer. She handles client contracts, IT licensing, privacy and the IP assignment clauses inside our delivery agreements, and came to law from an IT contracts management background.
Commercial Litigation
Zak leads commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He has practised across national law firms, insurers and boutique practices, and covers every stage of proceedings, from early negotiation to court. Zak is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
Software, App & IP Law
Mirage handles the legal side of the software and apps we build and ship. His background spans the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and civil litigation in private practice. Mirage is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
Admin & Operations
Nicole runs admin and operations at the Labs. She manages client onboarding, keeps every Discovery Audit and project moving to its next step, and makes sure documents, schedules and follow ups land when they should.
